What type of products and services do you provide?
We provide professional printing services that includes printing and finishing a range of materials which includes Business Stationery, Business Cards, Wedding Stationery, Christening and Baby shower Stationery as well as Funeral Stationery.
How do I know the weight of the paper?
We provide the details of the weight of the paper we use within the details of each service and product that we offer. If you cannot find the weight then please feel free to ask!
Do you provide artwork or design services?
We can design your bespoke products and that can also include your desired artwork.
How do I place my order?
To place an order, take a look through our products, determine what you require and then send your details to us using our “Request a Quote” form. We will then provide you with a quote, enabling you to make your purchase.
How do I send you my print-ready artwork?
You can send us your artwork via email in PDF only.
I want to add your design service to my order, how do I do this?
When you contact us for a quote, please let us know that you want to take advantage of our design service.
How long does it take to receive a custom quote?
We always aim to provide a custom quote within 24-48 hours.
How long are your estimates valid for?
Our quotes are valid for a period of one month
Can I receive a printing “Quick Quote” over the phone?
We can provide a rough estimated cost over the phone but we do require more time to provide you with your bespoke quote.
How do I check the status of my quote request?
What is your turnaround time?
The time will depend on the items that you have ordered. We do all we can to turnaround your items quickly. Therefore, we make some items available for same-day collection while others might take up to ten days. The turnaround time can be viewed within the details section of each product.
Do you provide delivery?
Yes, we do provide delivery, with all items being shipped securely and tracked.
